A few things worth knowing.
Do I need an account on this website?
No. This is where you choose a plan. Once payment is done, you set a password on the next page. That creates your account for the email you used to pay. After that, you sign in through the app.
Which email does my account end up on?
The email you enter when you choose a plan. Checkout keeps it locked and we carry it to the next page, so there is nothing to type twice or get wrong. Need to change it later? Write to support@askmichaelfranzese.com.
When am I charged?
On day eight. Your first seven days are free, once per email. Cancel before then and there is no charge. Coming back after a cancelled plan? Billing starts the day you subscribe again.
How do I cancel or switch plans?
Use Manage Subscription at the bottom of this page. Stripe emails you a one-time code, then you can cancel, switch plans or update your card. Upgrades begin right away and are prorated. Downgrades start when the time you have already paid for ends.
Is this really him?
It is built with Michael from his books, talks, interviews and answers. It is not a transcript machine, and it is not a substitute for a lawyer, accountant or doctor. When you need one of those, call one.
Who sees what I ask?
Your conversations are yours. You can delete them, or the whole account, inside the app whenever you choose. Stripe handles payment, and we never receive your card details. The privacy policy has the full picture.
